Day40 started as side project of Guitarist/Vocalist Den Dimitrov back in 2003 .
In October 2012 Day40 transformed into live band.
As of July 2019 Day 40 consist of Den Dimitorv - Guitars & Vocals, Stefan Minev - Bass & Vocals, Svetoslav Dimitrov - Drums and Charles Apps - Guitars & Vocals.
